I never said he did nor do you have to show me anything. All I said is the perception of Quannel speaking for all blacks exists because he believes (my clarification) that he speaks on behalf of the black community.

i wonder what was the racial makeup of the grand jury. hard for me to see how there couldn't even be a manslaughter charge there. did he even make an attempt at telling the victim to stop or he'll shoot? If he had pulled out a hammer or something and beat the guy down, he would be charged with something, I can guarantee that. and the NRA wonders why some people want tighter gun control laws.
