    That was a famous line from the Cape Fear takeoff.

    Sideshow Bob is at his parole hearing, and one of the parole board asks him about a tattoo he has that says, "Die, Bart, Die."

    He says that it's German for "The, Bart, The." His response satisifies the board and one of them makes the comment that outlaw quoted, "No one who speaks German can be evil."

    Great episode, BTW.
