I love Chuck as much as anyone, but come on. A shot? I was laughing with my boy about this the other day. Have you seen chuck's free throws? We don't want him shooting 15 footers. Too painful to watch.

 

When he shoots a freethow, you can almost see him in gym equipment room, putting the ball away on the high shelf. THen he releases.

But...history has shown that many players will totally suck at the line (sometimes with the most unique shooting form) while they can shoot a textbook jumper on the floor in the flow of the game.

Never say never. But it is unlikely.

You can't release info on the meeting if, say, Les decided to allow Bonzi his opt-out when the time comes, then re-sign him to the full MLE. The league sticks its nose into stuff like that.
