Randolph is a total black-hole on defense. Portland is better off keeping Aldridge and send Randolph packing.

 

Not to mention Aldridge is pretty much untouchable. Roy, Aldridge, and Oden in 3-5 years Yikez.

 

I don't see why? Is Randolph a great PF? NO.

Aldridge could be really good, but fits much much better at Center than at PF.

I'm not saying they should throw Aldridge away for nothing and cut their losses.

I'm saying that he should not be untouchable, and Portland should at least consider the possibility if the price is right.

 

that was actually shaq's 3rd year. so we'll have to wait until the 2009-2010 season for our title.

 

You're right, my bad, we can beat the Knicks for the title in his second season and then take the title from his team in the third (by which point either he or the Rockets are somehow in the Eastern Conference).
