    Honestly, I can't quite see how Adelman is ranked above Fitch when he hasn't even coached a game. After all, Fitch did take us to the Finals! (and although he lost; it was arguably against the best starting 5 ever - Bird, McHale, DJ, Ainge & Parrish & quite possibly the best 6th man ever in Walton - who probably could have started for every team not named the Rockets, Lakers or Celtics) :mad:
