We need Kidd in the worst way. He is the perfect player we need to be in a championship level. He brings a winning mentallity, leadership, and greatness that we need. We will give New jersey Howards expiring contract, Luther Head, 1st round pick, cash and either Alston or Spannilous whoever they want. New Jersey wants young talent and cap flexibility also they want to get rid of Kidd's big contract. I believe its a good deal for both sides and lets make this happen.

Are you petitioning the Rockets or the Nets? Because the Rockets would do that in a heartbeat.

It would be nice to have a player like Kidd. Dude averaged a triple double in this year's playoffs!! That's pretty awesome.

Why limit it to Kidd? Billups, Nash, Deron Williams, Chris Paul, they might be good enough (and about equally likely).

Well, first of all, we better be ready to win it very, very quickly if we're going to give up four players for Kidd (because he's up there in years these days) - and I rea don't see how we can possibly contend anytime soon if we pull another of these two-three and four for one deals. That's the whole reason we haven't had any depth for years in the first place.

Second, Juwan Howard isn't an expiring contract. You might should look into that before you propose a trade involving Juwan Howard's expiring contract as the centerpiece. Unless of course you're proposing we make this trade in two years when his contract is actually expiring. Kidd will then be 35.

To sum up - I would LOVE to have Kidd on our team if his contract got bought out and we could add him for cheap or if it were possible (but it's not) to trade him for a player or two like Juwan and Alston - but we really can't afford to give up things like young up and comers and draft picks for a 33 year old player. Again, those kind of moves are how we've ruined our depth in the first place.

Hypnotize him and make him demand a trade to the Rockets (and no one else).

You could get Marcus Williams on last year's draft date easily. The Suns sold their two late 1st round picks. Marcus Willams was drafted at 22 behind one of the Suns' picks.

Im going to start a petition for no more old and injury prone players.
Im also starting another petition that the Rockets actually learn to scout and develope talent instead of bending over to get it.

I say we go for Billups instead. I heard he is volunteering to play for us for $15 Million US.

Chaunce wouldbe nice, but he will probably stay with Detroit. New Jersey is gonna have a fire sale, so Kidd can be had. The management has to get a lttle creative t make the deal happen.

Unless you guys are willing to give up TMac plus another player or two for Kidd, it ain't gonna happen. Kidd is set to make more than $20million NEXT YEAR!!! McGrady will make more than $4million LESS than Kidd next season.

They still owe us from the Eddie Griffin trade. Should just let us have Kidd for free.

until kidd can shoot, he's not our guy. most of the playmaking will be moreso on tmac as the game winds down than on jkidd anyway. at this stage, tmac is just as good if not better of a playmaker htan jkidd. if tmac thinks purely like a PG, he would avg 10-12 assist easy.

what we need is SHOOTERS and those who can at least consistently create their own shots => MIKE JAMES
