    Listening to Van Gundy, it didn't sound like he'd be back with the team in any capacity. I hope Morey sheds some more light on this.

    I agree. Jeff could have closed the deal but asked for more time & talked about specifice coach's to replace him?

    Morey spoke to Yao, TMac, Juwan, and Shane, and left a message with Rafer. Says they're all comfortable.

    He didn't speak to V-Span or Novak!?!?!??!!?!?!?!

    Edit: Good Morey. "There's no question we need to upgrade the team, and that's on me to get that done."

    Edit 2: Can we not have anyone say "It's on me" ever again?

    Since the guy is probably going to be the Rockets' coach and you love him, you should at least spell Adelman's name correctly in your signature.
