I am talking about Collins, Milsap, Harpring, Giricek, and maybe Brewer. That is nine or ten guys when you add Williams, Fisher, Kirilenko, Boozer, and Okur. Are you telling me that Novak and Vspan could contribute as much as those guys. I wasnt talking about dee brown or cj miles.

Hey, I'm not saying if you use a short bench you'll fall apart EVERY time, but my general observation is that, especially when you're playing against a tough physical team that uses mental warfare as well.

And yeah, Utah's 10 are NOT all talented, as someone above already mentioned.

Also, I didn't say that the usual Suns rotation (with Stoudamire and Diaw) is weak, because its not - they have 7 really talented and athletic players, so they can get away with using a short rotation. But that was not the case in game 5 where they had to use their less talented players and became more like the Rockets - a short rotation WITH not that much talent. Which is why they collapsed to the Spurs in the 4th. For those that watched the game, you probably noticed that Nash shot the ball a lot in the 4th and he was providing most of the scoring - much like T-mac who has to carry his team sometimes if Yao or 3 point shooters are not clicking.

Anyways, this whole argument is moot, since JVG is now officially fired and we will (hopefully) not see a short rotation with old aging vets, but with a young and athletic bench like the Suns, Raptors, etc.
