I figured it's always good to get a bit nostalgic after a disappointing playoff run. For the nitpickers out there; yes i did repeat blocks of the images in the background and yes, i did paraphrase Rudy T's quote that was in reference to the entire Rockets squad, not just Hakeem. Regardless, enjoy it anyway.
I know you mentioned it already, but why did you repeat the images? Well, I understand repeating images, but not blocks of images. Looks like tile that way. And why not just go with the original quote? Overall it's a great concept for the wallpaper though.

In a nutshell, i'm lazy. I had a certain amount of images, and i didn't want them to be too big. So at that size i just repeated the images and i really couldn't be arsed shuffling them up. It's weird even when i just do little projects for myself, i still rush. As for the quote, i just think it reads better and is a bit more formal, which suits the look of the wallpaper.
Trust me, I know all about that. It drives me crazy when I start to make a video for everyone here and everything isn't perfect. I start thinking "...I need to get this thing finished already!", when the truth is that I don't have to do a damn thing.
The thing is the image is 1280x1024...it isn't the actual size on this bbs. If there's anyway i can get it to you i'm happy to do it.
