Many of you guys underestimate Antonio Daniels. He's a very solid veteran, and if you're gonna compare Marquis Daniels to him, then I'd say, no contest. AD has proven that he can play and produce in this league for years, and he really opened a lot of eyes with his play in the Wizards-Cavs series. Marquis has shown versatility, but not the same attitude and consistency after his first couple of seasons in Dallas. Mo Pete is good. I'd liken his game to a more athletic version of Shane Battier, with less hustle. But yeah, it seems lots of coaches are high on his ability to take charges and knock down outside shots. But I don't know how consistent he can be. Songaila is a pass. I think he's something like 6'8" and that's generously listing him. He's undersized as a PF, unathletic, and you can even say he's kinda soft. He can shoot, but that's about it.
i like mo pete and he brings a little of what is needed, but he still doesnt really create his own shot.
antonio daniels....backup PG, with scoring ability-Sure brendan haywood...attitude, lack of athletism-No thanks songalia...no thanks, we don't need another short PF Mo pete....don't see him fitting the Rockets, we're pretty stocked at SF I think PJ Brown might be a nice fit. 10 minutes a game, banging and rebounding.
Why not PJ Brown? We dont have much money to spread around and Houston lacks a big enforcer PF that can add rebounding and toughness...who else but PJ could come at that price? Joe Smith and Jammal Magloire are the only other FA PF's that come to mind.
Well i do not have any idea. We need solid PF but I heard that PJ is thinking about retiring. But i do not see him in Rockets' uniform
even more reason for him to end up with the Rockets. Dont almost every NBA star like to end their career with Houston? LOL. Barkley Clyde Willis Oakley Weatherspoon Deke Juwan Barry Wesley Mark Jackson etc. etc. etc.
