What could he possibly offer the Rockets that they would be desperate enough to sign him?

Experience with the team is the easy answer, but thats about it. I really hope that is just a rumor.

  8. If the Rockets Do indeed sign a foward named Petey, after they renounced another foward who used to score 20 points a game in Don Maclean, all the while paying Maclean 3 million for the next few seasons, would absolutely sell me on this being the absolute worst series of trades and moves after the Francis coup de jour.

Someone mind telling me what Petey could possibly bring to this team?

Instead of signing Chilcutt why don't we try to coax Dave Feitl out of retirement?

I don't believe we'll sign him since the roster and the IR are already filled. The only way I can see us signing Chilcutt is if we use up all our 10-day contracts with Pig and Gray and don't want to give them contracts for the rest of the season. But then, we'll have Cato and Dream back before those two exhaust their 10-day contracts, so I don't think that will happen either.
