I go to one of those Perfume/Cologne shops on Harwin when I want to get something new. Those stores are a lot cheaper than buying in the mall. The last one that I bought was Polo Black.
Ralph Lauren Romance during the day Christian Dior Fahrenheit during the night I cant stand the Irish shower smell, so I go really light when I wear cologne (1/2 a spray)..
One I highly recommend is Lacoste Style in Play. I think it has got a really good fragrance to it and not a lot of people wear it. One of my pre-reqs for purchasing a cologne is it's not something that every other guy wears. There are a lot of great smelling colognes out there, like Acqua di Gio, but I don't want to smell like someone's ex-boyfriend, so I stay away from it due to the popularity.
I went through this same process last month. Just got Jon Varvatos, after having it recommended by several girls. So far so good -- been happy with the reactions.
Curve (all hours) - this is the REAL sex panther, works every time Canali (all hours) Dolce & Gabbana (for daytime) Guess (for night) Valentino
I do Be Delicious during the day because it's light, kinda applish and pepper. Going out I use Varvatos for some leather/vanilla scent and Rochas Man for a light chocolate smell. Girls seem to like that one. Hmm...I guess I'm into gourmand smells.
Is buying on the internet cheaper than buying at these stores on Harwin? I haven't shopped for colognes in a while so I don't know the market at all.
