    Can you turn off salary cap in Dynasty mode?

    Just wondering... I'm in the mood for some wheeling and dealing tonight and 2K7 is too restrictive for my taste.

    is it for PC? I have the PC one and you can't turn it off, I can never sign free agents, and can't trade cause everyones wayyy over cap. Yet the CPU can sign free agents, its pretty lame.
