Glad Yao decided to show up. But, if he would have shown up to box out on four possessions at the end, we wouldn't be down 4 now.

Yeah, all those Yao bashers kept bashing him in the 2nd half. But Yao had a great 2nd half. Whatever.

Rockets should try to deal McGrady in the offseason. He's injury prone and doesn't have the killer instinct. They'll never get as much for him as they can now.

Yao couldn't get a rebound in the last 2 minutes. That doesn't negate all the great things he did offensively in the 4th quarter, but it can't be overlooked. What it does show is the Rockets need help at the 4 spot. I love Chuck Hayes, but heart and hustle are only gonna get you so far.

Where the Rockets really lost this game was in the first half when they allowed Utah to do anything they wanted offensively. They dug themselves too deep a hole to come back from. I wasn't surprised they were able to rally back to take the 5 point lead in the 4th. But I also wasn't surprised that they had nothing left in the tank after that. You could see it. T-Mac had no energy to drive to the hoop. And the rest of the team couldn't get a rebound.

I think McGrady and Yao showe quite a bit of hear at the end. Still, this should no longer be T-Mac's team. He keeps insisting it's on him, but keeps giving to Yao at crunch time. If it really was his team, he should take it in and only dish to Yao when necessary. Lucky for him, Yao stepped up and did good with our backs to the wall. We need someone to make this Yao's team. To really take advantage of Yao's offensive talent.

Who cares if Yao showed up in the 2nd half? He did just enough to keep me from turning the game off and if he would've "SHOWN UP" during the rest of this series, we would've played Golden State tonight....

Trade him or Tmac. I am tired of watching two soft jumpshoting "superstars".

Sick and tired of the Yao bashers in the 2nd half

I'm sick and tired of the Yao bashers in the 2nd half of the game. Yao was doing everything right in the 2nd half and played his best half of the series. People were bashing on Yao anyways because his name is "Yao." It was pathetic how the majority of the board didn't bother to watch his play in the second half but decided to bash him whether he did anything right or wrong.

Yes, he had a horrible series overall. I will admit that. But to those idiots who were calling for Yao to be pulled out in the 2nd half and were bashing him just because he is Yao, that was uncalled for. The last thing we wanted in the 2nd half was for Yao to be out because he gave us a chance to win.

the playoffs is about closing games out. T-mac did a great job in the 4th getting into the penality. He then decided to go rafer on us and make 1 bucket in the last 3 minutes, which is unacceptable.

Yao has improved every season and is far and away the league's best center. No way do you trade him for anything short of Lebron James.

McGrady needs to be dealt ASAP. That back is only going to get worse. Cut your losses and build around your budding big man.

Honestly, who cares if Yao "showed up" in the 2nd half? He did just enough to keep me from turning this game off and if he would've "shown up" the other 6 games, we would've played Golden State tonight...Yao deserves every bit of criticism he gets
