I BELIEVE the Rockets will win the NBA Championship if....

I think the Rockets will win a championship if they:

1. Win one more game this series
2. Win four games the next series - regardless who we play. And that includes limiting thier offense to less than ours in four games.
3. Win four game the next series
4. Win four game in the series after that.

I think that's right....anyone? Anyone?

 

ive been thinking we will win it this year IF we dont play the suns.

i think if we played them we would have maybe a one in eight chance in taking them out in a 7 game series. if we play the spurs its probably about 50/50.

I think the big stat for us if that we are undefeated if we lead after the 4th. So i think if we can start doing that more we will win more.

One game at a time!! One more win puts us into the second round. Dallas plays a traditional game, Golden State plays small ball which is an nontraditional way .
Whic tean will give us the most trouble? Golden State if it beats Dallas will be playing as though they are now the champions. If Dallas wins they will be slightly tired from a long difficult series and may still be vunerable. In either case we would have to play our best ball to beat either team.
In the conference final again do we play traditional San Antonio or playPhoenix Sun's small ball. Ay least we know the San Antonio game and can beat them, whereas to beat Phoenix will take almost a miracle for us.

 

Or, to put it another way, don't count your eggs before they get laid.

 

I think the Rockets will have a chance at winning the Finals if people stop jinxing them!

GSW is my 2nd team since I am in Bay area.

The way GSW is playing right now simply scary. They are playing with a lot hearts despite Al Harrington and Monta Elis played like xxx in this series. Who knows, wish JVG got answer for Baron.
