Yeah I can. See my post in the game post. It's not hard...you see what you want to see because you hate Dallas....if that wasn't the case you'd see it alittle different.

And yeah..I do know this is a Rockets board...did you know that for some reason, it's the only NBA message board that is blocked by my company?? I guess some big wig up in the home office is a Rockets fan. Sorry for bothering you, but I'm not here to fight and argue about the Mavs. Just giving my opinion on things....from a different perspective. :)

Maybe that's the reason why Mavs fans think Dork should be the MVP. They don't understand what a flop is.

Don't you remember in game 2? The fact is Jackson is an idiot, idiots should not be given the benefit of the doubt.

ok, heres a simple question then...
game 6 in oakland, 4th quarter, mavs down by 4 with 3 min left.
theres a call that goes against josh howard. free throws for gs. howard is in disbelief and the crowd is going wild. he starts clapping as he is walking to the other end.

    boom...he gets tossed.

    dallas loses by 5.

would that be fair to take your best player out of a game in the 4th quarter?

instead of making dumb comments I think you should go give Dirk a glass of water... cause I think he is choking. and tell Terry to stop flexing after every shot cause if this wasn't a playoff game Davis would have whipped his a$$.

Well....first off...there was alot less than 3 minutes in the game lastnight. It was basically over at the time of the ejection. BUT....if that were to happen, yeah I'd be PO'd, but not at the ref....but at JHO for being a dumb ---. All players know now that clapping and mocking the officials is going to get you a T.

Jackson was looking right at the official, while he was clapping and walking down the court. When he went past him, he looked over at his bench and kept clapping. He was intentionally clapping at the ref...don't play dumb there and say he was "just clapping" because the fans were. He knew what he was doing.

Also, I've said that I didn't feel that he needed to be ejected, but since the Duncan rule has come into effect, one T would have been fine. That didn't cost GS the game.

davis got ejected in the 3rd qtr for the same thing...while it was only a 6 point defecit.

since when is it a given that clapping draws automatic ejections? Clapping and laughing are two different things. Plus justice was served for that ref.

its just sick that players get ejected for clapping, even if it is mockingly, while cursing doesn't even bring techs. refs have way to big of an ego if it has resorted to this.

maxwell used to do this quite a bit back in the day when he was called for questionable fouls. No techs.

your basis for his ejection is "he knew what he was doing" is kind of weak, imo

Let me see...his teammate as you said earlier in your thread gets kicked out for doing the samething (even after being warned by the ref..who gave him plenty of time) in a past game. You can't be such a jack... and keep doing that...he has to know what is going on.

The difference in the Howard senerio you said is Baron already had a T that game....he didn't receive them both at that time, hence him getting ejected.

I've said that I don't agree with it...and we're both on the same page as the officials taking things too harsh...it's just that precident has already been established, and if they can't follow what the refs are and aren't allowing, then thats their own faults...being Dallas, GS, Houston, Jazz...whoever. It's not hard to comprehend that ever since Duncan's mocking ejection..they aren't putting put with anything close to it.

well duncan's ejection DIDN'T start a precedent, because the ref that ejected him got reprimanded severely. so as far as players are concerned, duncan did nothing wrong, thus clapping isn't wrong. that's why the davis and the jackson ejections are both bogus. davis was at least slightly more understandable because he was doing it for so long and aiming it at the ref, but c'mon. its a playoff game. the players have been emotional all series long.

and like the previous poster said, "he knew what he was doing" is the argument that DOESN'T work, because its what crawford used as his reasoning for ejecting duncan. so again, jackson definitely got shafted, davis probably was showing up the ref but it was still a horrible call. i wouldn't want to see any player get ejected for something as minimally offensive as clapping or laughing, even if its directly at an official. how clapping became a more offensive expression than cursing, which happens after every call, is beyond comprehension. explain that, given that there was no precedent and that "he knew what he was doing" isn't an acceptable argument.
