Well this throw off my office pool.. I really didn’t like how they chose not to kick anyone off this week, crappy move IMO..
may or may not even out. I mean the vote totals are likely to be relatively close at this point. The last place person from this past week could easily jump to 4th place and not get kicked if he/she has a good week. At least we'll never know. just gotta assume it evened out. Whatever, to me it's over. Everyone left is at least CLOSe to even when you consider: talent, personality, ability to sell records aftewards, etc.. i.e. the whole package As long as LaKisha doesn't win...I think they can finish in any order. No one's head and shoulders above...and no one is horrible. And I don't really have a favorite, for once, either (although I liked Phil in the beginning...now I just think he's ok)
bon jovi tonight i think phil was ehhhh, dispite randy and paula diggin it. jordin did it, and looked good in her diana ross getup... she should be safe. i didn't really like lakisha, but she'll be ok. wtf was simon thinking? blake was pretty cool, but expieremental types usually go home... the judges really like it. "timberlake" did well, not as good as daughtry though. melinda is my favorite, she tore it up.... i'm not really sure who's getting the boot. remember tomorrow they're adding last week and this week's totals, and the bottom 2 are going
I didn't see it all. I hated Melinda's song. I think, honestly, that Blake's performance tonight was the most genius/best American Idol performance I've seen. Seriously, turning "You Give Love a Bad Name" into a techno-esque song with no machines and only manpower. Someone needs to post the video. That was awesome.
Simon is correct about Blake being polarizing: I absolutely loved his performance, and my wife hated it. Dude's gonna go on to do well, I think. Hey, Timberfake, newsflash: Daughtry performed that song like 10x better than you did in last year's contest.
Blake's performance was so incredible. He totally made You give Love a Bad Name into his own version. Wow. The intro to the song was da bomb!!! Totally originial. I hope if he gets a record deal that he puts that version of the song on it. One of the most original and best performances I have seen on American Idol. My wife and I rewinded it about 3 times. I liked the comments that Jon Bon Jovi was giving to everyone. I wonder what Jon thought of Blakes performance.
Blake killed it last night, IMO that was hands down the best performance on AI ever.. <object width="425" height="350"><param name="movie" value="http://www.youtube.com/v/-KazhPADt88"></param><param name="wmode" value="transparent"></param><embed src="http://www.youtube.com/v/-KazhPADt88" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" wmode="transparent" width="425" height="350"></embed></object> My bottom two are Sparks and Phil, my top two are Blake and LaKisha..
I look forward to your comments on Blake every week. I do think Blake is very talented, but I don't personally care for the beat box thing. It's irrelevant though, because the kid is very talented. I can't seem to take your man crush serious though. It's intense... very intense.
DaDakota, If you had the capability to save only one person on a sinking ship who would it be? Blake, VSpan, or VY?
Yea...God forbid anyone messes with a stupid Bon Jovi song. There will be hell to pay for this, Jon Bon. Your fans are rioting across all 50 states this morning.
Oh man, that would be a tough one...... I would have to go with V-Span because he is on my favorite team... DD
Here's DialIdol's perdiction for THIS week. It's not combining the two weeks I don' think. I do know Jordin was the only one safe in last week's perdiction though. http://www.dialidol.com/asp/predictions/Predictions.asp?week=6&sort=TD&type=score&season=6 Jordin - SAFE Blake - SAFE Phil Melinda Lakisha Chris
I'd predict Phil is gone. He wasn't quite up to the rest this week, and similar last week. The other one is up between LaKisha and Chris I think. Just my predictions, though.
