The whole "dead to me" is more of a mafia lingo type of thing...sort of tongue in cheek But I agree with everything you just said. If they fail to make it out of the first round this year, I will NEVER forgive them for it short of winning it all in the next 3 seasons. I guess I am just sick and tired of their lack of a killer instinct, both Yao and McGrady have a very similar persona on the court and that's part of the problem, because neither one is a leader of men.

True, and that just tells you how bad Mac and Yao are starting to look. They're embarrassing themselves, the entire city of Houston, and their fanbase. Moreover, I don't want to hear anymore about a "lack of support" from Houstonians if this team loses again in the first round. There is a damn good reason for that.
This is very true. If the Mav's advance it will be the 2nd time in 3 years that Dirk has played like **** and had teammates carry him.
Yeah, byt Dirk has shown that he can have a series of playing like utter garbage and have his help get him out of the round. See our matchup two years ago.
Dirk is not even the MVP or best playerr on his team, let alone the leaague. Everybody knows Josh Howard is the best player on the Mavs.
Jim Rome just ripped Dirk up and down. Said how is it you're 7'0" and getting torched by a team playing small ball? Apparently Dirk said, before the game, that if they lose the game the series is pretty much over. Rome was like, "What kind of leadership is that?? And what do you tell them now, Dirk?"
Dirk looked dumbfounded out there, S.Jackson can drive past him at will. There interior defense is trash. The entire warriors team just keeps gettin in the lane. Supposedly Dallas plays better defense this year
