We rushed too many shots, both yao and guards, if yao not in a deep position, he does not have to shoot that turn around jumper, try to repost!

How do you stop the Utah defender from running around the off-balance/leaning Yao, and poking the ball away as Yao falls to the ground?

That's their tactic when he gets the great position. Yao still must seal off his guy after working so hard to get down there, or the pass should just be high enough to where only Yao can get it.... then again, with the way they're sending doubles, Kirilenko will likely get the high pass before Yao will.

The key factor is not Yao, it's others.

If Yao returns to prejury form, he will be unstoppable and he'll make it easier for the other Rox to do their job too.

    I agree and disagree...

we are rushing the ball into yao even if he has bad position...

but at the same time yao has been making some poor decisions with the ball (i.e. when to put it on the floor and rushing his shot).

granted yao has been the only one (aside from maybe battier) who has really shown up...and the poor play of others might make him feel the need to force things to a certain degree....we just don't look fluid on either end of the court right now which suggests that our team is feeling the pressure...

Yao needs to just knock Okur flat on his ass one time to make a statement.

in the words of mattj, "he's a bigger wuss than you are!"
