ClutchFans Game Thread: Rockets @ Jazz 4/28/2007 (Playoffs Round 1, Game 4)

Mac, you promised that it's on you! I'v been waiting and waiting and waiting for you to take over a game. But it never happened in this series!! Come on Mac! Rockets is your team! IT'S ON YOU!!!

 

Why is it that the Jazz can drive to the lane and score anytime they want but the Rockets can't ? Someone please answer this question for me....

 

McGrady needs to take over...he's been playing like crap

These homer fouls are destroying any momentum we gain on the offensive end.

 

68 ~ 54.....Less than 5 minutes to go in 3Q.

If the Rockets could not reduce the deficit to single digit by end of 3Q, consider game over, and back to sqaure one !!

 

This team needs to be retooled this off season. The whole **** needs to be broken apart. The Combo of Mac and YAo is a joke. One or both need to be history.

No more excuses the chemistry and heart of these two losers will NEVER bring championships to any team.

T-Mac is having very low Basketball IQ. 23 foot jumper but not 3 pts.

 

I was hoping the pathetic performance in Game 3 would have the Rockets coming out all fired up to avenge their dismal showing. Instead, they looked listless and disinterested, if not outright disheartened.

Then, I heard the commentators (FSN; can't stand ESPN) talking about "playing with more poise," and consoled myself somewhat with the notion that maybe what I was mistaking for indifference and/or lack of fire was actually focus and poise.

With the scoring disparity showing now, I think I may have been right the first time.

There's little more than a quarter left, but I have the sickening feeling this game is already over.

A good team won't be scared when it's still under striking distance, BUT Rockets is not a good team unfortuantely. SAD

Our pack the defense is not so packed without Yao. When he comes back into the game, he needs to be AGGRESSIVE!
