Thats not the attitude of a team that wants to win... You go out and try to win every game. They need to realize that if we wrap this series up quick, we can have mad rest while GS and Dallas are duking it out

Scared of what? This is what he wanted, a team that is *favored* to win. A good supporting cast (though the last few games have exposed the failings of the supposedly 'good' supporting players). Another dominant player in Yao. What is there to be scared of?

He needs to step it up because it is all there for his taking.

aside from almost doubling the rox freethrow attempts this game is pretty much even....hopefully the rox are more aggressive in the second half

Our 3 point shooting was a big part of our play during the regular season. If we can't make our 3s, we are FUBARed. So, if Alston and Head don't pick up their 3 point game, forget the playoffs, let alone the championship

Call me a starry-eyed optimist, but I think the Rockets are decent shape. The Jazz got so many lucky loose balls it wasn't even funny. If the Rockets can hit more that 10% from the 3 point line then they have a shot. They are still playing pretty good defense, despite giving up 50. I was encouraged by TMac's play in the 2nd.

this team really doesn't deserve the love. JVG is not lovely. Some of the players are just careless. They did not play their hearts out. They did not fight as the opponents do.Luther, howard are just jokes.

That's 3rd all time in the playoffs and the fact you left out is that he is the only person on that list that has not gotten out of the 1st round. Not saying that he had good teams in his career, but his team has had leads in series only to collapse at the end (i.e. 3-1 lead on the Pistons in Orlando and the 2005 fiasco)

No. Head is playing terrible to mediocre defense on Giricek, we don't need him on DWill. That would be murder.

Giricek pump fakes from like 15 feet out, Luther goes up instantly. Easy free throws. I don't want to see Luther on Williams.

This is a great point because I always look at the score after the 3rd qrt... The Rockets have only lost 1 time this season when leading after the 3rd qrt...

first... we need to pressure the damn passer. Here's looking at you t-mac with Fisher's 3 assists... Then we need to bump the damn cutter. Here's looking at you again mr it's on me... ALSO we need some damn poise and composure out there. Rafer... calm the team down. Just because refs let the jazz get away with murder doesn't mean they'll let you guys get away with murder. MOST IMPORTANTLY -- REBOUND THE DANG BALL WITHOUT FOULING! It's a defensive rebound for gods sake. Where's the poise, intensity, playmaking, and defense? You have to drive it in the paint when the other team's strategy is basically to foul you when you're in the paint. Even if some calls are missed, they'll call the hacks eventually.

What happen to Yao?. Went missing in action in the 2nd quarter. atleast mac sdteppedup in the latter half of the 2nd. mac needs to attack to creat for hayes or himself. we can play alot better and yet were only 5 down.

with most players your look at their shooting % to see their efficiency....with deke you check out his catching %. The us the drop balls stat from the NFL specifically for deke. He's gotta be catching 40% of the passes.

Don't play Head at all, he is not for playoffs. May be we should play V-Span.

LMAO I like how T-Mac all of a sudden sucks now because of one play at the very end of the half. Lets forget that he was being trapped. Lets just call him a quitter and a loser.

If TMAC plays like this, I would rather the series ends now. We (TMAC) can't beat any playoff team with performance like this. And unfortunately, he takes most of Rockets's salary cap :(

First time in this series that I feel confident about winning a game. We'll finish them off in the second half.....hopefully.
