"Just go out and play, play hard," he said. "We have to do a better job of playing with greater intensity, better focus, attention to detail and rebound the ball, score the ball."

I've heard this all season, yet they still have the same problem?
There is something wrong with this teams preperation if energy and intensity is always the same problem. Why can't this team ever fix this?

Are there not enough people complaining as it is and you have to make yet ANOTHER thread about it?

I'm confident the team will be well prepared for game #4. Recall how Rudy said that the team will become closer on the road- taking meals together and spending time together. Utah is certainly a hostile environment-"Us against them" mind set.

The team will win game #4 in Utah partly because JVG will do his job and make adjustments

Because he can't help the perimeter shooters hit wide open shots.

If this is the best the Jazz can muster and the worst the Rox can muster then, don't worry we go back to htown up 3 to 1. Jazz lack of experience is going to do them in. I knew Utah would win one game so I wasn't majorly surprised they beat us in fact they didn't beat us, we beat ourselves. 19 turnovers, 4 guys scoring and 67 pts, we missed 7 free throws yet it wasn't until late in the 4th that they were able to put the game away. They STILL have to get game 4 or they are in a world of trouble and they know it! If T-Mac wants to shake that "choke artist" moniker tonights game would be a good place to start proving the critics wrong. Big game, hostile crowd and a superstar seeking respect. T-Mac has to elevate his teammates play not just score at will. Look for him to get Battier, Head, Alston, Howard and Hayes early and often looks and get the Jazz in foul trouble. Also, Yao must adjust and play smarter and tougher.

You are right, Tmac should have said we need to go out and be lazy, not care, and only have three guys score tonight.

In case you havent noticed, we are in a better position then both the Mavs and Spurs. We are in the same position as the Suns. If only those teams knew how to prepare for games.

Maybe T-Mac should say this instead of give us some bull crap. At least, it's easier to swallow because he's telling the truth.

    Actions speak louder than words.....

If JVG can not get the team to play harder, then we need a new coach.

If Tmac is going to mail it in during the playoffs, he deserves all the criticism of being soft he can get (Was Q-Rich right?)

If Yao can not get nastier and fight back - he also deserves the criticism.

The team is flawed, but can still win this series, but players have to step outside their comfort zones and play harder.

Because TMac is half of our team and when he start losing his energy so do the team.

The preparation was good and we came out strong in the first quarter. Then TMac just went ice cold and lost his intensity... We all know how TMac behaves, he is not the type that you can yell at to get better performance and there is only so much JVG can do to motivate him.

That's what JVG said in Game 4 pre-game interview:

All talk, no shows and no adjustments. Your preparation for game 4 is even worser. LOL!

Actually in the first half of the game the Rox did play better. They hustled more they got more rebounds and got some more scoring from supporting players. The problem is the Jazz played better too and then the wheels came off in the third.
