After few decades of Rocketsball and all the proud moments I have gone through I was thinking maybe it is not a good time to make a thread,I am telling you I really had to convince myself to write this (after a loss,not so big) then I saw this is the time,so here is what I think. 1.You could see this loss coming from a mile away and this team needed it(adversity). 2.Get of JVG,he is a very good coach just like Rudy was but some of you guys are always looking for a scapegoat,truth is your top player/ers can make a very good coach look like a mastermind(like dream did) or get him fired(like Francis) simple as that.Jeff is doing a great Job! 3.Lay off Rafer!! he is one of the main reasons we are still playing,no question.now can do better?yes every player can do better but no matter what I am proud of him!! 4.T-mac I am proud of you no matter who says what and feel sorry that you have to carry all this load but you got to do it,you are the man! 5.Juwana,what an embarrassment to south side Chicago you have been!! I remember you teenage days when you where a MAN i just don't know when you changed your name. What happend to that fighter of those days??how can you let everybody roll over you like this?? Shame on you!! 6.some here said Luther was lost so I did some phone searching and found him in Dallas,I asked him what he was doing there, he said because of what Josh said I am waiting here.then I asked what if we need you earlier? he might sneak in and out,so I will wait till then to see what. 7.Our biggest problem is the biggest player in NBA yes YAO I mean you! forget about the Rockets fan but shame on you for melting faster then a ice cream in Houston Sun,do you have a mental problem?meditate some that will help.I have never EVER seen a player of any size get blocked that often,shame shame.this is called mental lapses and you can fix it!! meditate! Where is your pride??as far as I know and every chines person I know has SO MUCH pride and so much fight to show they are the best,do you have it??show it. some one here get this to him as I can't . 8,see you next round.
another thread blaming yao. he's the new steve francis of old. when he does well, tmac gets credit, when he does okay, it's still his fault. him getting blocked is not reason why we lost. even if he scored 6 more points instead of those blocked shots, we'd still lose. even if he scored instead of those 8 turnovers, we'd still lose. it's the 0 points from the bench that lost us this game, plain and simple.
well... maybe not scoring 16 instead of those turnovers, but you gotta expect at least 2 turnover from anyone, so we'd still lose.
Seriously you need to start a new thread to b**** Yao and pat Tmac so that everybody knows Tmac is saving this team and Yao is sinking it? 0 bench points and Yao is our biggest problem? Tmac is the man, the man choke up late in the game? The entire team sucked (except Battier, maybe). And you start a new thread for this nonsense?
Wow chill down man, he was not blaming Yao, he was blaming the team as a whole and I do agree with him that Yao needs to play better just like Tmac needs to shoot better.
no... read it over. he's critizing some of the team mates (juawan and head) but blaming yao for the lost. i don't wanna have to quote what he said.
There really needs to be a lot more regulation on who can start posts. This is probably the dumbest thread I have ever seen. Juwan's play helped save our season when Yao went down. Luther hit some giant threes late in games all season long. Yes they have struggled in the playoffs, but its only been three games. The only problem with the rockets right now is they have too many idiots claiming to be their fans. The team played ONE terrible game. They have shot extremely poorly, yet still lead a division winner, that won 51 games in the tough Western Conference.
