If you're new, check out the page ahead of time and download and install a few of the programs. I like TVAnts the best, but the problem is sometimes the guide is wrong (or more likely, whoever provided the stream changed their mind like last night) so you might need to try other streams on other programs. I also have PPMate and Sopcast installed personally.

Someone earlier during the year gave us this:

I watched game 2 on this. The picture quality is almost perfect and it was espn (English) and not Mandarin/Cantonese.

    Go Rockets!

I'm assuming that none of these work with Macs? I looked into those options earlier this year, and essentially everything I saw was PC-only... I'm assuming that's still the case?

I assume most sports bars in Austin have NBA TV. Anyone know of an Austin joint that will have the Rockets game on?

You SHOULD be. Just click on the sopcast link on that page at game time and it should load up. The problem in the past (last night, too, in fact) is that sometimes the guide is wrong and you're going to have to try other programs. Last night I tried the Cavs game but it was streaming the SA game instead. I would try installing at least one more program as a backup. FYI, a lot of people seemed to have trouble connecting w/ PPMate in the past.

For the Mac user, yes, I believe all of these are Windows only.

Thanks to the other poster for the heads up on dewsaw. I thought that thing stopped working awhile back.

mms links are officially gone. Those links were off NBA.com's league pass feed. And league pass is only for the regular season.
