"See No Evil, Hear No Evil, Speak No Evil, Just Do Plenty of It" Anonymous

    Greetings Everyone:

Be it that the world is gathering together to destroy Osmah Bin Ladin, Muhammad O'mar, Abu Ghaith, such things, as with many other things in this life, are nothing more than minor, especially to someone such as myself :)

Allow me to say a few words about myself. A Kuwaiti who has his own form of ideas, a Muslim who has lived his entire life in hope to live in harmoany with all others, yet, my friends, this world is no perfect place, nor is it even close to being the park some of us are hoping to walk through as a mean of enjoyemnt.

For over 22 years, I have visitied the U.S. with my parents, family members, and friends. BA and Master's were earned from there, it's not necessarily a favorite of mine, it's just a place where I found myself being able to to express the hopes and ideas to the fullest extent, and, at the same time I was able to meet great people, friends, more than that if possible, from different religious and ethnic backgrounds, Christian, Jewish, Hindu....etc, standing by one another at the time of need, still keeping in touch, "Ouch" I hear the phone-bill saying :D

This war, if the goal of it is to bring pecae, let it take place, but if it's for another goal, then, and I say this with a smile on my face, may mercy never get torn out of the hearts of people.

The attacks on WTC, Pentagon....etc, to me, were nothing more than acts by cowards who have no decency.

Let the words fly, racing the birds, no matter how high a bird flies, he will always land.

    Take Care.

    Greetings Everyone:

Your reception, friend MadMax, leaves no trace but appreciation from my behalf, best hopes, from this side to yours, that all is well with you.

I assume, friend Q8 Rocket, given your user-name and manner of speech, that you are the son of the same land as I'm, which makes us, as funny as it may sound, the 1st Kuwaiti "twins" who have the pleasure and the desire to peacefully discuss and present ideas in a respectful manner.

Ahhhh, fiend rockit, hoping that this land, as people may say, was good to you is not something to be said as a compliment, it's just a sincere thing in a very strange world.

Absolutely, friend cson, it's all about the Rockets, and the wish to have some fruitful discussions on different matters, matters that take place in this stage, something called life :)

Much appreciated, friend Cohen, hope that your encouraging remark will prove to be valid without any disappointments.

Yes, as some of you may have guessed, it's very late over here, yet, oddly enough, no matter how late it is, it's never past my bed time.

Is time a relative thing? Hmmmm, if the answer was known, the question wouldn't be uttered, still, the belief that time goes on, makes us look older, more tired, changes, at times, the ideas we held as absolute truths, turns them into doubts or hypothesis, is that why they developed logic so much? :D

Words, even when they are plain and simple, easy to comprehend and held in something that has no physical limits, the mind, yet, as with many things, they have their own measures for weight, length, heigth, width, and, of course, depth.

Have a Great One, and G-Night America, Wherever You Are.

    i'm a muslim from Asia. Southeast.not west.
i have nothin much to say, except was against terrorism does not justify the lives that have and are being lost right this very moment in Afghanistan.

i do not condone terrorism, yet neither do i condone war.

innocent people died on september 11, but does one suffering necessarily mean other innocent people should die too?

    cuje,

I think that the killing of innocents is deplorable also, as do most Americans. That is why our military spares no expense to try to hit only intended targets. Even if we did not bomb, and sent in ground troops instead, innocents would die. For example, when we pursued the murderers of the 24 Pakistani UN troops in Somalia to help distribute food, Aidid's gunmen found that US troops would not fire on them if they put women and children in front of them, which in large part led to the deaths of many US troops. (Note that bin laden sent troops to Somalia to assist the warlords there against the 'US invasion') Many innocents would be put in harms way with ground combat also.

Then again, you said you do not condone war in any context. I am always curious about people who say this. hypothetically speaking, you held a gun and some one else had a gun and was preparing to shoot wourself...or maybe your children. Would you would not fire the gun in defense? If you would give your life to defend your belief in the sanctity of human life, then I can understand and appreciate your opinion and in fact would have great respect for it. If you would defend yourself in the scenario above but still do not believe in war, then I would say that you are a coward and more of a problem than a solution.
