Woody may be ready to implode here. I hope not.

Only Adam saves that run... Loretta shouldn't sniff SS anymore this year.

And one of those runs shouldn't be on the board. He did settle down nicely.

    Hope Ensberg's OK.

    Damn this team is streaky.

    Lose 5 of 6
    Win 8 of 9
    Lose 4 in a row

Just pathetic... This has to do with good pitching too? It's what I read last time I checked this forum.

pitching wasn't at fault tonight, the hitting was.

sure, 3 runs is 3 runs, but that shouldn't be the reason why we lost this game.

hell, we didn't even get ONE run, would have made no difference if woody went and tossed a perfect game.

Oh, I'm sorry, I was talking about the opposing pitcher. This team make piece of craps pitchers looks like Cy young.

The Astros struggle mightily against left-handed pitching, especially when the biggest LHP masher (Ensberg) is out like he was tonight. I never have high expectations against the Pirates... they're a tough matchup for us simply because of the lefties.

Bring up Pence. Burke and Scott really aren't producing like outfielders and Pence is hot right now. Biggio needs more days off and needs to moved down the order.

    Pence is 3-4 with 3 doubles, 3 rbi's, and a walk today.

Anybody know anything about Mark Saccomanno? He is from Houston and played at Baylor and is on fire in Round Rock. He has hit 22, 12, and 20 homers the last 3 years.
