If that is the case, yao will not be shooting 35%. Boozer owned Yao on the other end.

    VERY INTERESTING STAT...

The last 4 times the Rockets faced the Jazz in the playoffs, the winner of the series moved on to the Finals!

I think part of the reason that we bounced back in the 2nd half in these two games is that Utah lacks athleticism. They have to expend more energy in the 1st half on the defensive end and get worn out as the game goes on and give up more FTs.

I know we should take 3 pointers when wide open, but does anybody have a concern with the amount of jacked up 3s that Tmac shot!?

Imagine if Yao and T-Mac had been hitting their shots. We would've won by 30. ;)

i know the rockets haven't played well enough to beat the mavs, suns, or spurs. the thing is, we're playing the jazz. let's worry about those teams if/when we play them.

also, the jazz pose tougher matchup problems (defensively) than some of those other teams.

fisher on tmac really hinders tmac's ability to get to the rim. tmac settling for jumpers means low fg%. their size makes if very difficult on yao. other teams will pose different problems but yao and tmac might have it easier.

I don't want to hear any crap from McGrady about our team having "taken it to another level." The level they're playing at is barely good enough to win at home against a hard-working squad with little talent or confidence.

Yao Ming, Tracy McGrady, Luther Head, and Shane Battier are all underperforming, in that order. It'll take more from the last two to get us a win in Utah. It'll take a lot more from the first two to get us through Dallas. I don't think we're getting anywhere near a trophy without the Yao who started the season.

What did you expect from the Rocket Haters Club. I thought it was really funny that Kenny said the Jazz lost the game because they couldn't hit their shots. I guess Mr "crack" analylist didn't get a look at the box score. The Jazz shot in the mid forties and the Rockets couldn't hit the side of a red barn, they shot in the thirties.

All those guys are rooting for Utah and the only thing they are talking about is how Utah can recover and beat us. Why do they hate the Rockets?
