Apologies, yes, they did boo him some there. I forgotededed.

When the Jazz came out & the 50% crowd booed, he turned to us & was like "naw man, be positive!"

 

anything that produced Luke Walton shouldn't be on tv.

 

definitely. when they announced bill walton, everyone booed, and for clyde huge cheers. poor fella. but don't say he didn't deserve it.

 

I was screaming Walton Sucks!!!, and then Clyde got a big ovation.

 

dude, we booed his ass.

we were kinda confused cause the pa was talking about Bill's Acomplisments, and had Clyde's video playing, we weren't sure if we should boo or not, but we BOOEd anyway. It was awesome.

 

I already said I forgot about the half time appreciation . . .

 

It's about time that the ESPN Commentators stopped discussing their own opinions and described the game as it is played on the court.
They should be requested to stop mentioning about Tracy Mc Grady and his playoff history. From a TV viewer.

 

I agree, take walton for who he is - the clown of the ESPN team...I personally love him - he mentions Hakeem at least once a game, has a lot of respect for those Rocket championship teams...How can he be disliked?

 

Walton is very animated with his hands too. If you watch the replay, look down at bottom of your screen for the announcers & you can see Walton's hands flying around.

Well, luckily, I couldn't here him in the bar, so it was ok...but when i got home for the 2nd half, good god...please Bill, STFU!

 

lol, he got booed bad....lol, wonder what was going through his head...I was expecting a ton of trash talkinga in the 2nd half from him, but thankfully tmac turn it on and that was that!

I personally love Walton, but that's beside the point. Why was he booed? For beating the Rockets in the Finals in 1986?

For being, in someone's opinion, a bad analyst?

For spawning Luke Walton? (If so, that's a good reason.)
