Yao is not dominated enough to lead. Too pumped up is not good, keep a cool head. Now I am really worried about T-Mac trying to take over a game forcefully, especially when he is not hot. Now that I saw the interview, I even more worried. I like the fact that he was trying to should the pressure, but I really dont like the defensive tone. Also, this is Yao's team as much as Tracy's team, Yao has to should half the pressure and keeping it cool while keeping it intense. I like the fact that Yao started to talk to Tracy on the court in the last game (against Suns) when he puts his hand on Tracy's should and trying to tell him something. And I also like the fact Yao pet Head's head to encourage him when he missed a shot. Please talk softly but carry a big stick. And dont be defensive, if you truely think that you are the great ONE.
