I thought Yao's father was 6'10 and his mother was 6'3... It doesn't matter anyway. Yao's still living with his parents, and they're also not married yet.
all i know is that sons are much taller than their father, so i expect yao's son to exceed 8 feet. LOL
You can pay penalty if you want to have more than one. Yao is more than able to afford that. If not, I think the Chinese government can make an exception just for him.
I met Ye Li and Yao's parents last night in the parking garage elevator. They said hi to me first (before I really recognized them), but their English wasn't good enough for me to say much. Seemed like really nice people.
A good rule of thumb for predicting the son's height is an average of both parents' heights plus 2 inches. For a daughter, it's an average of the parents' heights minus 2 inches. Obviously there are many exceptions.
Cause then Ye Li would have to settle down, and China probably still wants her to make the WNBA so they can take her paycheck too .
Sorry, but that's not pretty. Don't get me wrong. She's probably a really nice person, but she's not pretty. http://www.tribuneindia.com/2004/20040830/olympics/closing/images/cl63.jpg http://news.xinhuanet.com/english/2006-07/27/xinsrc_392070327133951503478.jpg http://www.china.org.cn/images/95011.jpg http://www.chinadaily.com.cn/english/doc/2005-07/28/xin_3407022810195342945110.jpg
