Mac+Yao all have big games just waiting for them.

Looking forward to Dee Brown vs Mac, or Mason vs Mac, either one is clear ownage for the Macdaddy.

Rockets should win. Mavericks are losing their game with the Jazz. You knew the Mavs would not help out the Rockets.

 

They lost their game intentionally as expected. They don't want to meet Rockets in playoff.

 

Yeah the Dallas play by play guys are rooting for the Jazz to get the HC from the Rockets. Well I hope the Suns get it done tomorrow against the Jazz and the Rockets handle the Hornets tomorrow.

 

A tough game

 

thank god hubie brown gave tmac some props for MVP after they just mentioned dirk, nash, and kobe (and recent media doesn't have tmac in their top 5).



u take tmac out, we would battle to have a bottom 5 record.

if the lakers lose their last 2 games they are out of the playoff

 

which will not happen. but they could get swept or lose in 5 if they face either suns/mavs.

and ppl have the nerve to diss tmac for not getting his teams out of the first round. kobe might not advance past the first round for the rest of his career.

 

I don't like this.

Though this win is important to the Rockets for HCA, it's more important to the Hornets for their survival. They are not out of the playoff picture yet, but they must win all of their remaining games to have a chance. One loss and their season is over. So they're gonna be fighting to win this one with every ounce of energy they have.

Add on the fact that the Rockets recently haven't been playing with fire and desire and that spells trouble

they're DONE. but they're playing for pride and it's always good to beat a good team on their homecourt and ruin their chance at HCA. i mean, it ain't like they can get a better pick if they lose.

 

wish we had a third scorer for the plaoffs, it's really gonna hurt us as we go deeper into the later rounds.

Oh yeah we did have one, Bonzi, JVG just didn't think he was in shape.... play him and get him into shape, that's what I would have done, and that's what we did with T-mac. Why the difference in treatment?

 

Look at it this way, the worse we can do is play the Jazz as the underdog in the 1st round of the playoffs. Imagine if we would have lost more due to Yao's absence- can you imagine squaring up against the Spurs, Suns or Mavs in the 1st round? Regardless of the next week, we'll be OK.

 

Hope T-Mac gets 30+ pts, 7rbs and 10assts, then he will probably be the player of this week, he deserves it.

This is going to be a playoff-type game in the fourth quarter. And I believe--I BELIEVE!--T-Mac in particular will rise to make sure we win this game. 30+ from Yao, but it will seem like just another solid game from him.

We will see some big threes from Luther. Yeah!

On the other hand, Chris Paul is going to be a big handful.
