Spielberg , Bay team up for Transformers film

god i hope they don't ruin the transformers by making them look like p*****s. this could be the most awesome thing ever!

 

After watching the latest tv spots, there just doesn't seem to be a way this movie won't be fun on some level...but will it be "transformers" I dunno.

 

So far it looks like they are making this flick kind of dark and scary -- which is a good thing.

 

Just saw the TV trailer for the first time on the NCAA game. Looks awesome. Can't wait for this to come out.

 

The shot of Starscream transforming and swinging onto the bridge is pretty badass...but, I really don't like Starscream's look at all; too condensed...looks like a grunt from Halo.

i cant check out the image...but did you hear his telephone interview (the guy that originally did his voice)? i think they have a clip on gamespot...pretty dam cool.

 

he's got lips. but i'm still impressed by how smooth it looks.

The tv spots look awesome and hearing that voice come out of Optimus Prime again, awesome! Wish they would have used the original VA for Megatron though.

Why wasn't this made into a live movie back when i was 8 freaking yrs old in the 80's?? Now that i'm in my late 20's and lost my virginity, I personally don't give a crap about robots fighting and sucking.

 

That doesn't sound like him. Maybe it's the effects they're putting on his voice. I've been trying to find the make Prime speak winners, to compare the voices, but I can't find them. I'm hoping that was just a filler voice or that they are still tweaking.

Cool, during my searching just now I found out there's an ep that tells Optimus Prime's origin and his first encounters with Megatron. Apparently he was a robot called Pax Orion first. I'm watching the episode, search for "transformers war dawn" and it's split into 3 parts on Youtube.
