So I have had this "problem" I guess for a few years now, but I never paid too much attention to it until today. It's been a while since I exercised or played basketball and I started up again yesterday. I notice that after I exercise, or in this case, play basketball I have to take a really big crap. Now it usually isn't a normal crap, its very loose and watery, almost diarrhea-like. It doesn't really matter what I eat or even if I don't eat before playing, it still always happens. Is this normal? Does it happen to anyone else? The feeling is similar to when you eat very acidic types of foods, or if you eat oranges or lemons.
yeah you will get used to it. man the worst is when you are on x-country...you are jogging and its like bouncing it out.
Also make sure that you're not eating a bunch of junk food. A great source of fiber is veggies, plus you get nutrition. An ultimate cheeseburger has significant more fat than fiber. Just because you feel full, doesn't mean you get enough fiber. Remember, fiber is your friend. Visit your friend often and your friend will introduce you to some strong friends that will carry out all those wet wimps.
Metamucil is your friend. Pure bulk fiber. The recommended dose is 3 scoops a day, but you can just do one in the morning and you will be able to tell a difference. I also recommend some V8. (low sodium version)
