...or one of those cheesy $99 keyboards you can buy at Wal-Mart.

    Quite diverse, Casio is.

If it is a really nice graphing calculator, I think it would be taking advantage of them to do this.

Whoever gets Lidge will need it to calculate the functions for the very long sweeping trajectories that Lidge helps batters to generate.

Like David Carr, he's worth absolutely nothing.

See...I think he is at his best in tight situations....problem is, right now, he is at his worst period...I think he has a closers mentality (as weak as that mentality may be right now) and will never be able to excel in a middle relief situation.

I saw the article where he said he was ticked off at the demotion....gimmie a break Brad...its time to give someone else a shot for cryin out loud.

He's done it before, and I think the whole "my role is X" notion with relief pitchers is totally overblown. Will take some adjustment, sure, but there's no reason he can't pitch in whatever situation. He'll adjust, or he won't be a major leaguer for very long; he's in no position to dictate things, he just needs to do his job.

Huh? Have you forgotten 2003 and 2004 (pre-Dotel-trade)?? Perhaps as early as 2002, as well.

    No, just 2003. No 2002.

Thanks; the years start melting together sometimes in my 30-something brain.
