Most wanted right now are Marvel vs. Capcom 2 and REZ for PS2. Also wish I could find Jackal and River City Ransom for NES. Its cool playing on an emulator and all but those 2 in particular were most enjoyable with others.
Yeah, that's it! I totally remember that place now. Across the parking lot at Grand Prix, only 25% of the games were actually in working order. Used to piss me off to no end as a kid.
There will be a new God of War this year, although on PSP. There will be at least one other GOW for consoles (starting on the PS3, probably around 2009 or so I'd guess), and possibly more if the franchise continues to grow. Here are some games I'd like to find: Indiana Jones and the Fate of Atlantis (PC) Gabriel Knight II and III (PC) Planescape: Torment (PC). I had it, but I think my sister "borrowed" it and never gave it back. Under a Killing Moon (PC) King's Quest V and VI (PC) Monkey Island games (PC) LOOM (PC) Dune CD-ROM version (PC). I might actually have this somewhere. Out of This World/Another World (PC) Dragon Force (SAT) Panzer Dragoon Saga (SAT) NiGHTS Into Dreams (SAT) Suikoden I+II (PSP) Persona I and II (PS1) Vandal Hearts I and probably II (PS1) Guardian's Crusade (PS1) Wild Arms (PS1) Alundra (PS1) Gex Games (PS1)...think they sucked, but I was amused by them. Shadow Hearts 1 (PS2) Maybe some of the rare DDS/SMT games (PS2 mostly?) Those are some of the ones I can name after glancing at some titles on Gamerankings. Might be able to add some more later. Note that I didn't really test if these could be found somewhat easily (through legal means anyway). I'm sure some games actually are very easy to find, but they might retail for $200 and are in Japanese or something. That, or Some might freeware/shareware by now though. I was just naming some games I played when I was a kid that I'd like to play again sometime.
I forgot all about that game! You could actually make custom teams and play out a season with stats and everything. Or was that the 2nd version?
Man! Tecmo NBA brings back memories. I recall in 95, I set all the teams records the way they finished, and played every playoff game for every team in the playoffs. It took forever. The crappy part was that Orlando was so piss-poor on the game, that I had difficulty getting them to the finals. As far as games I'd like, I can't think of any. Honestly, about the only game I get giddy seeing when it is out is the Addams Family pinball game. Best pinball game ever.
It'll be at the tourney, also. Seriously, the place has about 500 old-school video and pinball games.
Since XBox Live Arcade came out with TMNT (1989) I'm waiting for them to hopefully put out the Simpsons and X-Men arcade games.
I have an arcade emulator of that game. Or at least my roommate does. The controls are a b**** though without a controller. I'm embarrassed at how much money I wasted playing that game, and the only reason was because you could chop your opponents' appendages and domes off. Well, that and the big boss was Death himself.
