it's simply a t-mac hater's wet dream. of course they are going to come up with some crazy theories. like jvg is the business of just throwing away games.

I have a hard time believing tmac's back is stiff. I think what we have here is another "bonzi" injury situation. Of course none of us know for sure, but if keith jones is clueless as to why tmac is sitting out then there's obviously something else going on.

We suck with Yao, we are looking so one dimensional the last 2 games.

 

It deson't matter, there's a reason why the guy hasn't pass the first round after all those years, and there's a reason why JVD send him a message if that's true.

 

i doubt JVG would bench TMAC. If nothing else, JVG's offensive ineptitude is being exposed before our very eyes. How hard can it be to score on the warriors with the best center in the league. Wow.

 

t-mac was not even hustling when he was in the game, he was walking up and down the court, he let a Warriors player beat him when he had a 4 step cushion for a layup.

We can't beat teams like GS or PHX

McGrady leaves game with stiff back

HOUSTON (AP) -- Houston star Tracy McGrady left the Rockets' game Wednesday against Golden State with a stiff lower back.

McGrady, plagued by back problems the past two seasons, missed his first three shots and went to the bench with 5:14 left in the first quarter.

The Rockets initially said McGrady wasn't injured, then announced at halftime that he would sit out the rest of the game.

McGrady missed seven games in December with back spasms and one more in January with soreness.

The seven-time All-Star missed 34 games last season because of recurring back problems.

 

It sure sounds like they are protecting someone's image and ego.

Either way, it is ok....we are locked into the 5 seed, and Tmac needs to be more aggressive......if he isn't...I applaud JVG for sending the proper message to him and the team.

Come on...did you read the blog? Kieth was saying nothing was wrong with him, then all the sudden at halftime they come up with a stiff lower back?

If his back was stiff, wouldn't Kieth Jones the trainer know right away?

IMHO this was a long overdue message to Tmac....and what better time to send it than when we are locked into the number 5 spot and homecourt is now gone.
