Pussycat Dolls? What went wrong with the NBA on ABC?

    I mean come on, this is an embarrasment... Do they think this is a good marketing tool? What do you guys think?

    p.s. Kobe wears number 24 now, not that I care, but that slut is wearing his old jersey...

    ABC is a piece of s#!t for basketball coverage.

    1)Stop it with Steve Nash love man-crush b.s., we get that he is good player, but he is not the greatest.

    2) Pussycat Dolls for opening theme music: who the f#*k do they think we are prepubscent girls or horny teen boys. The only good purposes the Dolls serve if you can watch them in person. Notice I said watch, and not here them sing. I'd be happier even they ripped off the one from NBA on CBS or NBA on NBC, instead.

    3) The Suns and Mavs are good teams, they're not great team. They have never won any championship. And the Suns defense is almost as bad as second string JV team. They pretty much let you score on every p

    ABC has never really given a sh*t about how they present the NBA. Man, I miss NBC.

    We all learned from the XFL experiment that sports fans really do appreciate the sport-aimed presentation directly related to the sport itself. And don't need all the bells & whistles and gadgets.

    Pussycat Dolls, I have no problem with their appearance and style at all. Just that sports fans arent' that dumb and it reads "obvious gimmick" to any casual observer. It'd be like if NBA had a Spice Girls intro for all their games.

    Ahmen to that!

    I absolutly hate the media covering the NBA right now, they just seem to ignore all the history of the game and only focus on what's happened recently. plus they make up stupid stats which have no baring on anything. as for the Pussycat dolls, I could care less; every channel has some stupid gimmick.

    nba on nbc is the greatest. they focused more on bball.

    "miller moments"
    a REAL pregame show...
    real analysts "snapper" and goukas
    marv albert with the play by play...

    They are actually targeting the female demographic and not trying to get the men horny. We dont care. But they do.

    The worst thing is the jerseys they are wearing. Something like Lakers, Cavaliers, Suns, Detroit, Miami.

    I hope NBC has been really saving up so they can pay up the big $$$ to get the NBA back. It would be cool to have NBC/ESPN, but ABC just freaking sucks.

    If you don't utterly despise Marv Albert, you must not have watched the 1994 NBA Finals. He wanted the Knicks to win so bad - I didn't think he was remotely objective. And then there's the fact that he likes to wear ladies underwear and bite chunks out of prostitutes. I can't stand that guy.
