i have to disagree about rafer making boneheaded plays, however, he is not the man to shoot a clutch shot. tmac and yao even with a double team, i would prefer having than rafer shooting a wide open 3 when it matters.

but tmac seems to me to be what he is, a jumpshooter first, a driver 2nd

Yao rebounded good. But his shots in last minutes are terrible.
TMac is the guy to finish a key game like this, Utah's defensive strategy is great. Lack of points from bentch made our games extremly hard, we need Head and Bonzi. Snyder can not do much when the opponent is a playoff team.
Of cause, I was never satisfied with Rafer's performance in tough games, especially his choices in clutch time.

Boo to this thread... It's not just Rafer's fault. The whole team, except Yao and T-Mac's second half play, was the reason the Rockets lost. However, I still feel good about the Rockets chances going into the playoffs and if you look at the Jazz's schedule, Rockets can still gain homecourt. We just need to beat Pho (ouch!) and Utah. They have 3 tough games next week against the Nuggets, Mavs, and Suns. Let's go Rockets!

You think Yao would miss those FTs like Rafer misses f***ing threes?

JVG's short rotation list hurts the Rockets. Jazz find someone hot hands from the bench. But Rockets leave Wells in the doghouse.

Yao can easily nail those last-minute free throws that Rafer took. To classify those as CLUTCH and excuse Rafer for taking a last-second three while shooting 1-7 is a complete joke.
