if you just watched the sportscenter highlight you would have no idea if there was a game tonight or if kobe was playing by himself, let alone that we actually won. they showed more kobe misses than yao and t-mac makes combined. yes i know espn sucks a$$ but just wanted to b**** anyway.

one thing i was thinking during the 4th that someone else probably brought up, but jvg kept chuck hayes out for way too long in that stretch. howard wasn't making and that's his only advantage over the chuck wagon. i think that was a big factor in losing the lead but really that was such a fun game to watch i don't even care. just glad we won.

What a nice win. Love to see the whole Laker bench almost all fouled out.

To be fair to T-mac he shot bad the whole game! Its not like he upped and went 1-15 at the end of it and was 7-14 before that.

Its true He had a bad shooting night but it didnt all come at the end of the game, and like you said he still played a great game and willed his team to victory.

I am quite happy with the result!

Kobe 50+ pts but he loses the game!

That's why the game is for 5 people not a single here~ :D

Tolbert made the most annoying comments...

(whiny voice) "If I got that many foul calls, I wouldn't complain...."

THEY were hacking Yao intentionally to stop him from getting the easy bucket... and he compares it to a ticky tack foul?

    Who hires these morons?

That was awesome. It was great seeing a ref with the balls to make the CORRECT call on King Kobe. I loved it.

I set this game to DVR from 10:30 to 1:30 ET. I thought that would cover an OT. Got up to watch it this morning, couldn't believe our TO that let Bryant send it to extra time, then watched the OT till the DVR recording RAN OUT with us trailing 104-100. I thought, "!@#$," and went to NBA.com to see the recap. Holy !!!!!!!!! How sweet is that, for the guys who choked the ball away at the end of the 4th (Yao and Rafer) to pull it out at the end.

I'm telling you now, come playoff time, we will be stronger for having won late-season games this way than for having won them easily.

    I believe!
