I hope JVG is watching what the warriors are doing offensively this game. Other then the 3 pointers, the warriors are posting up the suns guards quite frequently.
who would've thought the suns would ever be the team slowing a game down. 18 points in 3 minutes for gsw, 32 by the middle of the first, they've slowed down now.
Honestly, I think the Warriors have the best chance of beating the Mavs/Suns because they can really match up well with both teams. And with Don Nelson as their coach, they now know how to play the running game with their athletic (baron, jrich, monta, steven j, etc etc) players. I really hope the Warriors sneak in to the playoffs as the 8th seed. Mavs/Warriors would be a really entertaining series to watch.
Don Nelson is my favorite coach in the league and one of my favorite people in basketball. I am biased, but it would be so much to have him as our coach here in Houston. For one thing, it will be a lot more fun to watch the new run n gun Rockets. Nellie is an offensive genius, has consistently been one of the best (if not the best) in the league. He's just a fun guy to be around. Honestly, outside of the Rockets have some type of playoff success, there is nothing I want more than the Warriors in the playoffs. I hope the Clippers collapse and the Warriors get hot and get this thing done. It would make the first round that much more fun to watch.
they HAVE beaten the Mavericks this season. Nellie works his best magic against his former players (Nash, Dirk).
I was just flipping the channels and caught this. Had to check my vision...77-63 at half time???? Are they trying to play a whole game's worth in 24 minutes and call it a day?
If BD and JR could actually play 75 games a year, this team could go far especially after getting rid of Murphy and Dunleavy.
