If they wanted to refer to the Houston Rockets, they would;ve wrote Houston R ockets instead of Houston rockets.
It did mean they rocketed to the playoffs not the Houston Rockets make the playoffs. What makes it funny is how TB thought it was funny but it really was not funny, that whole situation is funny.
