yao was off but it certainly didn't help that they let chandler do anything he wanted against him. 2 ft's? that's bullsh!t.

that play by paul throwing himself in front of yao was just plain dirty.

the hornets can showboat all they want in the lottery.

Lets all wish Chris Paul has a life-threatning injury, causing him to never in his life play again.

    (1) He sucked tonight no doubt about it.

    (2) I believe his game was developed enough that he was dominating, enough to be in MVP contention prior to his knee injury.

    (3) On defending better and rebounding better when his shot isn't falling - he and his team-mates still recognize he still is just a step too slow and hasn't gotten back to 100% pre-injury yet or did you not read that? They certainly think this has an impact on his defense if you read Battier's quote. It's a reasonable conclusion that this would also negatively impact his ability to rebound as well.

JVg has been telling him that the whole year...who do you think he wasn't playing the beginning of the year?

JVG can't make Bonzi do anything. He can only tell him what he needs to do to play. The seasonis coming to an end and Bonzi has had all season . actually his whole career, to get his act together. He doesn't care. He could add to this team if he cared, unfortunately he doesn't. Snyder is coming around. We're not going to make special rules for bonzi. he has had more then his fair share of chances.

You read the post about him playing golf. He wasn't getting any treatment or working on his game. He was here hitting the sticks. He's a big mistake

We cant depend on Snyder to be another scoring option for us. He is very limited in what he can do in our offense. I like what he brings defensively and on the boards, but we can't go to him when TMac and Yao are off. Bonzi could give us that spark off the bench when we go cold.

I'm losing faith in him too, but I think it's worth another shot. It's winning time, and it was clear to me about midway through the 3rd quarter tonight that we needed to try something different on offense or we were going to lose.

A healthy Bonzi could have really helped tonight. That's all I'm saying...If he's out of shape then screw him, but he says he's healthy, why not experiment in games like this when were ice cold?

spot on. We are soft. Yao's head was messed up. He gotta share the leadership role.

Indeed! I would have just stepped on the guy, maybe break his ankle or neck along the way.

Even if Yao is not 100% yet there must be another clearly defined reason why he played the terrible game tonight. Possibly he got upset at the way Chandler was grabbing his shirt and pushing on him everytime he attempted a jump shot and no fouls were being called. By the way why is our Center Yao playing like a small forward?

I couldn't sleep, I can't settle down and easily accept such awkard loss on the eve of clinching the playoffs and catching the Jazz for home court adventage.

Aside from the poor performance by the Rockets themselves, one of the big reasons we lost the game was the bad officiating especially on Yao. If Yao got to the free throw lines 3 or 4 times more, he might have gotten his rhythm back, gained more confidence, been more agressive and scored more, which could eventually turn around the game.

Yao has said being big is not his fault. He has been more careful on controlling his bodily movement in contact and still, when a contact is created, it's more likely the foul is on him.

Y'all have seen this scene millions of times, that is when LaBron, D-Wade, Agent 0, Dirk or Kobe makes a play and creats a contact, it's almost 80% to automatically a whistle and a foul by the oppornent. To me it'd be a surprise not hearing the whistle. What about Yao? Have you seen him in such situation very often? Yao is widely regarded as the Great Wall of China in basketball, but is it really that glorious? Isn't he more like a wall that everybody can touch, scratch, hit and make marks on without being seen or just ignored? Yao may not be as talented as those superstars, but certainly he workd as hard as them. What the refs are doing is denying Yao's hard work as a player and humilating him as a human being.

We have mentioned unfairness many times. JVG has been fined over 100 grands because of it. More T's have been issued because of it. More media have covered it. More fans have agrued about it. And still like the Rockets can't solve their 4th quarter collapse mystery, this bad officiating on Yao continues, and it's killing my heart, and I'm sure it's killing many die-hard Rockets fans' hearts. We don't expect Yao to be officiated like those superstars mentioned above, all we fans want is just fair officiating.

Yao's from China, he is the icon there. And China is the nation you don't want to mess around. When Yao continues getting this unfair officating, can you imagine the disappointment from billions of Chinese fans? This could unintentionally hurt the NBA market in China.

This league is run by people, not by mother nature. So when something is not right or appropriate, it's up to the people who run it to make the correction or adjustment. I'm hoping to hear some practical ideas on how to let our voice be heard, how to make significant impact on NBA refs to officate more fairly on Yao's play.

Fair is Fair! That's most of Rockets fans want, nothing more.

I hate those MXXXXX FXXXXX referees. They are also gradually destroying NBA by unfair officiating.

If Yao was in NY or LA he would get those calls.

3 black officials and Yao had no chance.

That was a damn shame to watch.

I call it like I see it.
