Hakeem Olajuwon autograph: legit?

    Who cares about the autograph? Those shoes are the SHIZNIT!!!

    No real way to tell if that's legit or not. I'm more inclined to believe it is than not since it's signed Akeem instead of Hakeem, plus Hakeem has never been an athlete for whom collectors die to add to their autograph memorabilia collection. Not much of a gamble either way. You could probably buy them for 10 bucks when it's all over.

    Hakeem used Etonics early in his career, when he was still "Akeem". He signed his autographs that way when he was still Akeem. I've seen his autograph and that looks genuine, but not sure.

    I have an autograph of Hakeem when he still went by Akeem. It doesn't really look like the autograph on the shoe.

    Yeah, I have an "Akeem" auto too but didn't look like the one on the shoe. Regardless, I was going to get it just because I haven't seen those Etonics around in a while...

    Also, didn't Akeem/Hakeem wear a small shoe, like sz 14?
