Being realistic here, the Spurs probably are not going to have another 3 game losing streak any time soon. I say we catch the Jazz first. I like our chances with that team.
Why would we want to catch the Spurs? Being third isn't all that its cracked up to be, you only have homecourt in the first round and you get to face the Suns in the second. The Mavs are the best team in the West, but we match up WAY better with them then the Suns...I'll take 5th seed with home court over the Jazz with the Mavs in the second round over 3rd seed against the Lakers or Nuggets with the Suns in the second round!
That is not true. Last year's Miami wouldn't be able to beat a number of Western Conference teams. If you can go through easier path, then take it.
I don't think a path through Dallas and San Antonio when they both have homecourt is "easy." I would call that "treacherous."
i would like to have a shot at phoenix when both of our superstars are in the playoff mode.i don't care which teams the rockets face.i like he chances of this rockets team against any team,yes even phoenix.true maybe we don't match up well against phoenix but i want them in the second round just because a lot of people say that we can't beat them.i normally don't care which team we face because i believe the rockets will go all the way.but this year i want the suns in the second round just so i know and everybody will know that we are the best team in the nba period.no what if we played phoenix etc,just beat the best and win the championship
and to make that clear,i want jazz in the 1st,suns in the 2nd round and mavs in the final conference and whoever comes out east in the finals
Dude, that would be my wet dream nba playoff bracket right there. If we do come out on top at the end, how sweet will that be? Just to look at Cuban and the mavs faces when they're almost an inch away from the finals, but only to get their dreams crushed by the Houston "Rockets"!!!
