No he doesnt, what the hell is this. Are you guys serious, wheres the proof, how do you guys know. Im seriously asking, why would they do that to him? But on topic yes the amount of money they have is very relevant. I had an asian friend who used to never spend money, so much to the point where he would skip lunch just so he could save a couple of bucks a weak, then he won the lottery and baught EVERYTHING. He even baught me a sports car and what happened he was left with nothing but a few hundred thousand and a new mansion. Point being money makes a world of difference of how you spend it.
I think its 10 dollar for an hour (or more) but he just wants to log in to see the box score or something. It seemed stupid to pay, its like me. I dont have internet at my school cond. cause i can go to my school which is 15 minutes away from me.
