Finally get to see Yao tonight!

After two years, Yao has finally returned to Toronto. Last year Tmac put up a good show, but it still wasn't the same without Yao.

Hopefully Yao will have a good all around game. Last thing I want is for him to get into foul trouble and play < 20 min . But considering the raps defence, I doubt that will happen; unless Yao tries to defend Bosh of course. I have a feeling that he might, because Hayes definitely can't handle Bosh.

Problem is this is the first time in a while I've been rooting for the raps, so I'm not sure how its gonna work tonight.. maybe I'll just cheer for every basket both teams make, even tho itll look kinda wierd haha


Anyways, just wanted to point out how lucky all you guys in Houston are to be able to go to 41 home games and see Yao and Tmac so often (assuming they arent injured ). Even if you dont go to games, youre lucky you get to watch all their games on TV and not bad quality video streams like most of us have to live with.

I think its gonna be a good game, and I really really hope I dont sit beside a Tmac boo-er like last year... it was sooooooo annoying. I was sitting right beside him, with my tmac jersey, and he didn't seem to notice me at all lol.

I'll try to post some pics so you guys can see the strong Yao Ming support we have here in Toronto.. you know, since we have so many asian people

 

haha of course they are yao fans, and probably not houston fans. but you never know, maybe some of them will be houston fans someday

 

The game was awesome!!! Huge win for the rockets, AND still got free pizza.. couldn't have turned out any better Sorry took so long for this post, had to finish up a school assignment overnight till now (yes the rockets game IS more important than school ), and i am dead tired

Unfortunately, my seats sucked, so no good pics, and i was too lazy to walk down to the court, but took some video! The pre game intro for the rockets was so funny. Pretty big cheer for Yao when he came out (considering he is on the other team) and then all of a suddeng lots of boos for Tmac and even Rafer!!! I dont remember them booing rafer that much last year tho.

Sorry nothing much you wont see in the highlights. I shoulda gone down and taken pics/vids up close, but i had a nice beer in my hand and didn't want to get up hahaha you know how it is

I did want to show you guys a picture of the game program (has yao on the cover), but i got locked outta my school webspace. maybe ill upload it later.

oh and btw, my dad watched the game on tv and he said chuck and leo (raps broadcasters) gave yao lots of props. too bad i didn't get to see it
