Oh man, thanks for bringing that up. That was utterly painful! Seriously. I thought for sure JVG was going to yank Snyder for that.

With Snyder there just is some bad with the good. But I think he should be in the bench rotation. We need his size at backup swingman. We can't have Luther playing backups at the 1,2 and 3 spots.

    Wrong.

McGrady is team captain, and is therefore responsible for his teammates out on the floor. If you think he was out of line for doing that, then you obviously haven't watched that much basketball. Michael Jordan, Magic Johnson, Larry Bird, and others who have been recognized as great leaders frequently yelled at their teammates while on the court.

Snyder was wrong to do what he did, and his decision-making needed to be questioned. Better to have McGrady point it out than have Van Gundy yell at him and put him back on the bench.

Yeah players are more likely to heed advice from their peers than coaches most of the time.

    yea right...

because he dribbles once in his life for 4 seconds TMac as the captain has the right to make faces and 'call him out' on the court...

bull****...TMac is the captain, but making a grimace was unnecessary

I bet if T-Mac had called out Rafer for doing something stupid everyone would be like "Hell Yea, the **** is wrong with Rafer stupid a$$!!!!  "

Then again, had T-Mac called out Vspan for doing something stupid, he would be thrown to the wolves.

Synder got dunked on one end by that thug Thomas. It was a blown dunk though. Synder got the ball back trying to go coast to coast as if he had something to prove. He was shaking and baking on his own to take on 3 clips.
Tmac was right behind him shaking his MacHead. I am pretty sure Tmac straighten Synder out for his bonehead play for JVG in the timeout.

I disagree. For Mac, it's about leading this team. Sometimes that means telling someone to play smarter. It's the NBA, not pee-wee hoops.

It's nice to see TMac trying to act more like a leader (outside of just playing well when it counts). I really think that if we had Sura out there we would be mentally tougher as well

haha.....i'm pretty sure T-mac could give a damn about 20,000 people when he is trying to win a game. Professionalism has nothing to do with what happened. Now if mac would have choke slammed Snyder I guess that would be a little diff't.

    MacHead? LOL. That's so good.

But yeah, that's probably what happened.

Snyder almost got dunked on so he got the rebound and started to run down the court apparently to dunk on Thomas. Snyder's got balls. The don't-f*ck-wit-me attitude. :D

    MacHead....lol.

While watching the game, I read T-mac's lips and he said to Snyder, "What are you doing?" right before the timeout

Tmac's lips were saying, "Bonzi, wouldn't do that. Bonzi wouldn't do that."

Good point. Bonzi would have turned the ball over.
