xbox 360 hd dvd problem

    i hope somebody can answer this...

    my hd dvd player is not being able to read a few of my hd dvds that i have...it plays king kong fairly easily but the others like superman and departed arent reading it....after sticking the dvd in and out a few times i finally got departed to work but not superman....

    anybody else having problems or know what im doing wrong?

    was it installed correctly? when it told you it needed to update, were you connected to the internet? I haven't had any issues with mine...so far...

    Your problem is that it's a Microsoft product. Return it, get a new one and cross your fingers that it doesn't break on you.

    yes, i was connected when i updated the system....i actually got it to play once but havent been able to since...only tried a couple times before i gave up though....

    man, i just hate taking sh** back, if i have to wait for an order on one....its just weird how it will always play king kong flawlessly but no so on any other hd dvd i have... :mad:
