Anybody look at the Mavs schedule this week? They play one game on Tuesday coming off of two days rest and then get four days off. Now granted their schedule does get a little busy toward months end but c'mon four days off in mid season and its not the all star break? What a racket!

Much as I hate the Mavs...truth be told, I don't think giving them 4 days off will impact anything for them, that team is just rollin' through everything right now.

Sad days for Mav haters :( .

Why should we even care what the Mavs schedule is? It's not going to have any effect on the Rockets games that are left for this season and moaning about it isn't going to do anything.

I would rather have something said on Yao returning tonight then the Mavs having 4 days off.

Also, if there are 2 teams in the NBA who should have "leniency" in their schedule, shouldn't it be the 2 teams that made it to the finals the year before? The Mavs have earned any reward the schedule-makers might be giving them since they did win the West last year. That being said, I really don't think schedule-makers do anybody any favors....every team has similar gaps in their schedule, and every team has rough spots. It's just a part of the game.

God damn you guys need to quit whining about useless crap.

Yobod, the Mavs made the Finals last year which means they are good enough to be on National TV at least once a week. They are playing at the Lakers on Sunday on ESPN and are going to stay in the West coast to play the Suns on TNT that Wednesday. They have a game right after they play the Lakers. Right after, they go straight to the East for 6 straight road games. So that's a total of a 9 game road trip.

The Stars played at AAC yesterday and there is a Justin Timberlake concert tonight. Scheduling is a lot more complicated than you think.

So let them get a 4 day rest. They are not going to be home again till the end of the month.

FYI, when the Rockets play the Mavs in the second round of the playoffs both teams will have a 0-0 record.
