The humor spins in the opposite direction Down Under, but it's still supposed to be humor... I think.

    Once a hater....always a hater.

Yeah, took me a min. After I re-read the post like 3 times I saw the sarcasm. I was confused, I was so expecting Stephen Ass Smith to YELL something stupid.

the real problem is that not only does the humor spin the wrong way down unda, but then you add in SMeg's admittedly bent personality, adn that sends the humor into tangents that havent even been invented yet.

Uh ... back up the bus, Hubie Brown is one of the most intelligent color analysts in the game. He doesn't give a lot of duh comments. He actually displays he has a brain so back off on Hubie. He's good. :D

Now, Greg Anthony that's another story. He is only giving the Roxs and T-Mac props because of the obvious, T-Mac is holding this team together while waiting for Yao to come back.

I think this is an example of a thread that gets started at 3am in the morning after one has had too many Guinnesse's.

You know, I can't for the life of me figure out how guys like Legler and Walton get so much run and Hubie Brown only comes on once in a blue moon.

It's such a pleasure to hear that man do color -- he's like a breath of fresh air. Insightful, knowledgeable, analytical, expository. The man knows his basketball and he never, ever talks out of his ass.

It's the Hubester's League, just listen to his own brand of pomposity. At least Walton's verbal largesse is readily dismissable.

ironic, for the same guy who said Yao Ming had no business starting or even being on the all-star roster last year.

If you have to rely on Stephan A Smith to be on your side of an argument.....the argument is in trouble.

Steven A Smith is indeed a tool.

    Funny thread though Smeg !

SAS (a/k/a ass) is 'evocative', so be evokked as much as you'd like. For the rest of us, yawn.

"If you're Jeff Van Gundy you are upset here. Your team has a 4 on 3 break and you don't get a layup. Those are the type of things that get you upset. I think you call a timeout."

Ever since Bill Simmons pointed out Hubie's propensity to always speak in the second person, its the only thing I notice when he talks. Its really bizarrely funny. But I like the guy anyway.

I will vote him to be Coach of the Year if we can get 10 wins in a season
without both of our superstars. If JVG could really get COY, more credits
    should go to Tmac.

I think we should trade our Asian towel girl and Yao for Isiah Thomas as our GM.

    Pickles taste good.

Yeah. What a bunch of jerks.

Has anyone else noticed that we lose when we get respect? Houston seems to thrive on snub fuel. Rockets, Astros...

lol...never noticed that but its true. I also agree that Hubie Brown has a likeable personality. He is always positive and is a relief after listening to Clyde Drexler and some other commentators around the country on league pass.
